This course has a scientific-based approach in restoring the biomechanics of the pelvis by working with the surrounding structures. We will positiont the bones in very specific ways before then going into muscle engagement or stretching. How does the Self-paced course work?

The course was built to provide 3 weekly sessions over 1 month: 2x 30 min and 2 x45 min. However, you can decide to do this course at your own pace. For best results, I recommend to do at least 2 sessions per week.

What do you need?

  • Enough space to lye on the ground (or on a mat)
  • 2 yoga bricks (alternative: plastic boxes or books)
  • 1 or more small pillows
  • 1 thin blanket or large towel
  • A bit of free space on the wall
  • something heavy like a sand bag a big bag of rice to place on the side of your pelvis (between 5-60 kg). The heavier it is, the more efficient it will be
